Where do I sign up for the courses I need?
- Through the NOHA is the easiest, the links are right on their page.

Are the courses Reimbursed? Yes, please provide copies of your receipts to the NBMHA office @ [email protected] once your course is completed. VSC receipts are refunded once completed VSC’s are submitted to the OHF.
There is a new screening process required by the OHF. You can find the details here. OHF Screening Process

You can’t be attached to a roster until your approved by the OHF so start early.

- NOHA AFFILIATION CHART
- No affiliations allowed after Jan 15th as roster is locked
- Affiliate requests need to be made through the NBMHA office and added to your official roster to be valid.
- Adding a player to your Gamesheet Roster does not add them to your HCR roster
- Please complete the form and submit to [email protected] and to the NBMHA office
- minimum 2 weeks notice required in North Bay to book refs
- minimum 48 business day hours for games outside of North bay
- Minimum 14 days notice required by the NOHA for travel permits
- Games must be rescheduled involving teams in the NDHL by Nov 10th (other then weather reschedules)
- Games only involving NBMHA teams must be reschedules prior to the Christmas break.
Financial Statement Form House
Sponsorship money found by teams to help cut back on team fees are to be paid directly to the teams, in the teams name, not forwarded to the office.
The NOHA Board of Directors has approved an update to the NOHA Video Review Policy, which will take effect immediately.
The following is a summary of the changes made to the policy:
- Video review submissions will now be made through Google Forms via the link provided in the Policy;
- Clarification about the ability for the Committee to recommend a Major Penalty;
- The ability for the Committee to add any additional penalties seen in the video, whether the penalty was called by the Official or not.
